About the role

We are currently recruiting brewery workers on behalf of a client in Halmstad. As a brewery worker, you will be involved in the production of alcoholic beverages. You are part of the team responsible for ensuring the brewing process runs correctly. The work involves a continuous process that must be monitored and followed meticulously. Approximately 50% of the tasks consist of monitoring data and raw material levels via a screen, while the remaining 50% involves preparing various raw materials, refilling supplies, and checking the brewery system. You will follow manuals and recipes for the production of different products.

Working hours are scheduled during weekdays and consist of a 3-shift system.

This is a long-term assignment. The employment is with Logent Bemanning as a mobile consultant.

Your profile

You should have some experience from the food industry. If you have undergone training in brewing technology, this is highly meritorious. As a person, a genuine interest and engagement in the brewing process and the industry are very important. You should have a strong willingness to learn new things and be flexible, able to adapt quickly to any changes in the brewing process. We also look for someone who is stress-resistant and skilled at multitasking. The work can sometimes be physically demanding with heavy lifting, so we prefer that you have good physical fitness. Personal suitability is highly valued. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
